Project Idea

The client's company has been repairing household appliances for many years and was about to go through another wave of scaling. The owner wanted the business to remain fully transparent and manageable for management despite the large volume of orders and employees. He wanted to develop a mobile application for his technicians. On our part, we suggested developing not just an application but an integrated system consisting of the application, CRM, and analytical dashboards.

Features

Ecosystem we developed helps businesses track every action of each employee, every incoming and outgoing dollar, and consolidates this information into a system of analytical dashboards that allows you to answer any question about the current state of the business. Additionally, the ecosystem helps employees follow company regulations by automating the verification of their work where non-compliance with regulations could harm the business.

Dispatch module

The dispatchers' schedule calendar helps to quickly understand the workload of technicians for the current day or week and find slots for new clients.

Payment system

Payments from clients can be accepted by either the technicians or the company's managers using any method - from a written check to payment by card or PayPal.

Mobile app for technicians

In the application, technicians can see all of their service calls. For each call, they can add additional information, assign tasks to the manager, issue an invoice to the client, order parts for the client, and much more.

Based on the client's ideas, we developed detailed block diagrams of the ecosystem and described requirements for each block.

Research

We studied existing solutions on the market and selected the most suitable ones for the client's tasks" would be an appropriate translation.
