Project Idea
The client's company has been repairing household appliances for many years and was about to go through another wave of scaling. The owner wanted the business to remain fully transparent and manageable for management despite the large volume of orders and employees. He wanted to develop a mobile application for his technicians. On our part, we suggested developing not just an application but an integrated system consisting of the application, CRM, and analytical dashboards.
